Hiiii guys, today I came here to share my study routine with you! It is always important to have discipline and planning, and over time I was able to create a routine that helps me stay focused and better absorb the content.
✅1 daily planning: I start each day by defining which subjects or themes I need to study. For this, I use a planner or organization application.
⏰2 Time: For me to avoid fatigue and stay focused I use a technique I saw on tiktok called pomodoro, which consists in: 25 minutes of intense study and 5 minutes of break. I repeat this cycle 4 times and then I take a longer break of 15 to 30 minutes.
📝3 Other methods:I use different techniques to learn and memorize subjects. As an indication I have the methods: mental map, flashcards and summaries.
